Our Priorities

Every two years, the State of Texas goes through the appropriations process as part of its biennial budgeting. The funds from this process provide the Texas Tech University System with its funding from the state which is approximately 25% of the total TTU system budget. With this percentage continuing to decline it is critical that we use TECHPAC to support legislators who are addressing this issue and advocating for the Texas Tech University System and its five universities.
